Hi I’m Lydia! As a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach and Certified Peer Support Specialist and Designated Recovery Coach Professional. I have devoted my life to helping those struggling with addiction and mental health issues. My own journey towards sobriety and wellness has taught me the importance of having a support system and guidance in recovery. 

I bring a wealth of personal experience and professional expertise to my work, having completed extensive training and certifications in substance abuse, recovery coaching, and peer support. I have worked with a diverse range of individuals, from teenagers to adults, in various stages of recovery. 

My approach to coaching and support is person-centered, meaning that each client is unique and deserves individualized care. I work with my clients to set achievable goals, establish healthy coping mechanisms, and create a structured roadmap towards long-term wellness. 

In addition to my coaching and support work, I am passionate about advocating for mental health awareness and destigmatizing addiction. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality care and support, and I strive to make that a reality through my work. 

I am committed to ongoing education and growth in the field, attending conferences and workshops, and keeping up-to-date on the latest research and best practices. My goal is to empower those in recovery and provide them with the tools and resources they need to thrive.
